Dat doe je samen in een team van militairen, reservisten en burgermedewerkers. Jouw rol als specialist plaatwerk bij de Koninklijke Luchtmacht In deze functie verricht je inspectie, aanmaak-, reparatie- en modificatiewerkzaamheden tot en met depot level aan vliegtuigplaatwerk van wapensystemen (helikopters) en voorraad artikelen. Je werkt aan de hand van technische boekwerken en werkorders en voert voorgeschreven MRO&U-werkzaamheden uit, waarbij je in overleg met de supervisor bepaalt of onderdelen vervangen of gerepareerd worden. Je inventariseert benodigd materiaal en tooling en geeft de noodzaak tot bestellingen aan. Daarnaast inspecteer je aangeleverde vliegtuigcomponenten zoals spanten, panels en plaatwerk op bruikbaarheid en signaleer je onduidelijkheden en onjuistheden in procedures, werkorders en tekeningen en meld je dit aan de supervisor. Je ziet toe op kwaliteit en kwantiteit van het eigen werk, op de kwaliteit en het onderhoud van persoonlijke gereedschappen en op de veiligheid van het eigen handelen. Je verricht periodiek gebruikersonderhoud aan werkplaats- en gronduitrustingmaterieel en draagt bij aan het instandhouden van het binnen het cluster gehanteerde kwaliteitszorgsysteem. In voorkomende gevallen treed je op als praktijkbegeleider en begeleid je nieuw personeel, inhuurkrachten en stagiairs en doe je voorste...
