Heb jij groene vingers en een passie voor planten, bloemen en alles wat met tuinieren te maken heeft? Werk je graag zelfstandig en neem je verantwoordelijkheid op? Dan ben jij misschien de versterking die wij zoeken!

Jouw taken

  • Je adviseert klanten deskundig over tuinproducten, planten en tuinaccessoires.
  • Je staat in voor het onderhoud en de verzorging van de plantenafdeling.
  • Je zorgt voor een nette, overzichtelijke en aantrekkelijke presentatie van het assortiment.
  • Je helpt mee aan een vlotte kassa-afhandeling en volgt de voorraad nauwkeurig op.

Advies over planten kan over volgende zaken gaan:

  • Het herkennen en behandelen van ziektes, schimmels of plagen (bv. bladluizen, spint, meeldauw).
  • Advies bij vergelende, bruine of krullende bladeren en het achterhalen van de oorzaak (te veel water, te weinig licht, voedingstekort…).
  • Het bepalen van de juiste standplaats (zon, halfschaduw, schaduw) en geschikte bodemsoort.
  • Advies over bemesting en potgrond aangepast aan de specifieke plantensoort.
  • Tips rond snoeien, verpotten en overwinteren van planten.
  • Het samenstellen van een beplantingsplan voor tuin, terras of balkon.
  • Het adviseren van geschikte planten voor specifieke omstandigheden (droge grond, kleigrond, huisdieren, weinig onderhoud…).
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van planten (zie functieomschrijving)
  • Je hebt geen probleem met het hanteren van zwaardere goederen.
  • Werken op zaterdag past binnen jouw planning.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met een computer en leert nieuwe systemen snel aan.
  • Nederlands is onze voertaal, maar je kan je ook goed uitdrukken in het Frans om klanten professioneel verder te helpen.
