Je stelt vragen, luistert naar de mensen die het werk uitvoeren en maakt van een goed idee een verbetering die ook in de praktijk werkt. Voor een productieorganisatie zoeken we een Specialist Procesverbetering. Iemand die analytisch denkt, graag op de werkvloer komt en collega's enthousiast maakt om samen stappen vooruit te zetten. Functieomschrijving Je begeleidt verbeteringen in de dagelijkse operatie. Met Lean als basis help je teams om hun processen te onderzoeken, werkafspraken vast te leggen en resultaten meetbaar te maken. Daarbij ben je een sparringpartner voor teamleiders en medewerkers. Je ondersteunt hen bij verbeteroverleggen, helpt bij het volgen van KPI's en maakt de voortgang inzichtelijk voor de organisatie. Ook werk je samen met collega's van kwaliteit en veiligheid, techniek, facilitaire zaken en HR. De uitdaging zit in het verbinden van analyse en uitvoering. Een knelpunt herkennen is het begin. Vervolgens help jij om de oorzaak te begrijpen, een werkbare aanpak te kiezen en collega's daarin mee te nemen. Je stelt vragen als: wat willen we bereiken, wat spreken we af en hoe weten we of het werkt? Wie ben jij? Je kunt kritisch naar een werkwijze kijken en tegelijkertijd openstaan voor de ervaring van anderen. Je hoeft niet direct alle antwoorden te hebben: je weet de juiste vragen te stellen en brengt structuur in het gesprek. Je neemt initiatief en kunt mensen overtuigen met een helder verhaal. Daarbij begrijp je dat een verandering pas waarde heeft als medewerkers ermee kunnen werken.
