Onze klant verkoopt en verdeelt apparatuur en verbruiksgoederen via groothandels, lakimporteurs en lakfabrikanten. Hoofdzakelijk zijn zij actief in meer dan 50 verschillende landen, maar ook daarbuiten staan wij open voor contacten met partners als equipment verdelers.

Jobomschrijving

Wil jij een sleutelrol opnemen binnen product compliance en regelgeving en meewerken aan de verdere groei van een internationale organisatie? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Als Specialist Product Compliance & Regelgeving zorg je ervoor dat producten, verpakkingen, technische documentatie en labels voldoen aan de geldende nationale en internationale wet- en regelgeving. Je volgt nieuwe regelgeving op, analyseert de impact ervan en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties binnen de organisatie.

Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met collega's, klanten, leveranciers en internationale partners en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor vragen rond productregelgeving en productveiligheid.

Jouw taken

  • Je volgt relevante nationale en internationale wet- en regelgeving rond producten en verpakkingen op;
  • Je bewaakt de naleving van onder andere REACH, CLP/GHS, RoHS, PFAS, TSCA, California Proposition 65 en CE-markering;
  • Je beheert en controleert SDS, TDS, conformiteitsverklaringen, certificaten en product- en verpakkingsspecificaties;
  • Je coördineert compliance-informatie naar klanten, leveranciers en bevoegde instanties;
  • Je ondersteunt bij audits, inspecties en certificeringstrajecten;
  • Je identificeert mogelijke compliance-risico's en coördineert corrigerende en preventieve acties;
  • Je volgt wetswijzigingen op en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeterprojecten en interne processen;
  • Je ondersteunt bij nieuwe productintroducties en productwijzigingen en beoordeelt de impact op vlak van compliance;
  • Je ondersteunt bij marktintroducties in verschillende landen en regio's;
  • Je bent het interne aanspreekpunt voor vragen rond product compliance en regelgeving;
  • Je werkt samen met internationale collega's, leveranciers en certificeringsinstanties;
  • Je geeft advies en trainingen rond productregelgeving en productveiligheid.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met een sterke interesse in productregelgeving en compliance, die nauwkeurig werkt en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in Chemie, Chemische Technologie of een gelijkaardige richting. Ook relevante ervaring kan in aanmerking komen;
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen Product Compliance;
  • Kennis van REACH, CLP/GHS en SDS-beheer is een sterke troef;
  • Ervaring of affiniteit met productmanagement of productontwikkeling is mooi meegenomen;
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en organisatorisch sterk;
  • Je kunt zelfstandig en projectmatig werken en houdt ervan om zaken van A tot Z op te volgen;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt complexe regelgeving helder vertalen naar collega's en andere stakeholders;
  • Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief;
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
