Als Specialist Productie & Procesverbetering duik je in deze vraagstukken en vertaal je inzichten naar concrete verbeteringen. Op de geheel vernieuwde productielocatie in Zeewolde werk je op het snijvlak van productie, kwaliteit, techniek en data. Je analyseert prestaties, verbetert processen en zorgt dat ondersteunende systemen optimaal aansluiten op de dagelijkse praktijk. Daarmee heb je direct invloed op rendement, efficiëntie en continuïteit binnen de productie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Specialist Productie & Procesverbetering: - Vertalen van sales- en commerciële data naar productiedata en monitoren van productielijnen - Analyseren van KPI's zoals rendement en uitval en signaleren van afwijkingen en knelpunten - Initiëren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen met onder andere Lean en OEE - Beheren en optimaliseren van productiesystemen zoals Trivision en Espera - Testen en implementeren van wijzigingen binnen systemen en processen - Ondersteunen van collega's bij operationele vraagstukken, systemen en rapportages - Analyseren en corrigeren van afwijkingen binnen de productievoorraad De opdrachtgever Storteboom Food Group is een toonaangevende producent binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie en gespecialiseerd in de verwerking van kipproducten.
