Van claimdossier tot telefoongesprek: jouw rol als Specialist Reizigersclaims Wanneer een vlucht flinke vertraging oploopt of koffers beschadigd raken of kwijtraken, dienen reizigers schriftelijk een klacht in. Als Specialist Reizigersclaims duik jij in deze dossiers en onderzoek je op basis van de Europese regelgeving waar de passagier recht op heeft. Zodra je de vergoeding hebt vastgesteld, pak je de telefoon op om het besluit persoonlijk toe te lichten. De meldingen komen dus schriftelijk binnen, maar het contact met de reiziger verloopt volledig telefonisch. Analytisch, empathisch en tactvol in communicatie Je maakt je de Europese wet- en regelgeving snel eigen en past deze moeiteloos toe op verschillende situaties. Aan de telefoon weet je een fijne balans te vinden tussen inlevingsvermogen en zakelijkheid. Je luistert aandachtig naar het verhaal van de reiziger, maar blijft altijd helder en feitelijk. Ook als een claim wordt afgewezen of anders uitvalt dan gehoopt, weet jij het besluit op een rustige, professionele manier uit te leggen. Grondige inwerkperiode en flexibele inzetbaarheid Je bent voor 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar en krijgt meteen een vliegende start. Je begint namelijk met een uitgebreide training van 3 weken om alle systemen en richtlijnen goed onder de knie te krijgen (maandag tot en met vrijdag van 09:00 tot 17:30 uur). Vervolgens word je ingeroosterd binnen de reguliere openingstijden van de afdeling: op werkdagen tussen 08:00 en 17:30 uur en in het weekend tussen 09:00 en 17:00 uur.
