The posting

Over ons Phone Fix Center is een drukke herstel- en accessoirewinkel op de Bredabaan in Merksem. We herstellen smartphones, iPads, tablets en MacBooks, verkopen nieuwe en tweedehands toestellen en accessoires, en leveren ook aan andere winkeliers. Daarnaast bieden we ophaalservice en herstelling aan huis of ter plekke aan. We zijn elke dag open van 10:00 tot 20:00.

Als specialist herstelling ben je zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor alle herstellingen in de winkel, van eenvoudig tot complex. Je taken:

  • Je herstelt alle merken en modellen smartphones, zoals Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Google, Oppo en Huawei.
  • Je vervangt schermen, batterijen, laadpoorten, camera’s, behuizingen en achterglas.
  • Je voert herstellingen op moederbordniveau uit: microsolderen, connectoren vervangen, kortsluitingen opsporen en waterschade behandelen.
  • Je stelt zelf een correcte diagnose en legt aan de klant duidelijk uit wat het probleem is, wat het kost en hoe lang het duurt.
  • Je herstelt ook iPads, tablets en MacBooks.
  • Je bedient klanten aan de toonbank: ontvangst, advies, verkoop van toestellen en accessoires, afrekenen.
  • Je plaatst screenprotectors en folie op maat met onze snijmachine.
  • Je test elk toestel grondig na herstelling en werkt nauwkeurig met onze voorraad en reparatieopvolging.
  • Je gaat mee op verplaatsing voor herstellingen aan huis of ter plekke.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als GSM-hersteller in een winkel of herstelcentrum.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken met microscoop, soldeerstation en heteluchtstation.
  • Je kent de opbouw van iPhones en Samsung toestellen tot op componentniveau.
  • Je werkt snel, proper en zonder fouten. Een herstelling die terugkomt, aanvaard je niet.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, eerlijk en commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands, Frans & Engels is een plus, andere talen zijn een extra troef.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om in het weekend te werken volgens een vast rooster.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar: klanten vertrouwen ons hun toestel en persoonlijke gegevens toe.
  • Een rijbewijs B is een plus.
