Jouw uitdaging

Als Specialist Spuitgieten (Injection Molding Specialist) ben jij de technische expert binnen onze productieomgeving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van spuitgietprocessen, het oplossen van complexe procesproblemen en het verhogen van de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van onze kunststofproductie.

Je werkt nauw samen met productie, engineering en kwaliteitsafdelingen om processen continu te verbeteren en nieuwe producten succesvol te introduceren.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Analyseren en optimaliseren van spuitgietprocessen.
  • Oplossen van complexe spuitgietproblemen zoals vullingsproblemen, krimp, vervorming, laslijnen, brandplekken en andere procesafwijkingen.
  • Adviseren over de juiste materiaalkeuze op basis van kunststofeigenschappen, rheologie en vloei-eigenschappen.
  • Instellen, afregelen en optimaliseren van spuitgietmachines, matrijzen en randapparatuur.
  • Begeleiden van nieuwe productintroducties (NPI) en matrijsvalidaties.
  • Uitvoeren van procesverbeteringen volgens Lean- en continu verbeterprincipes.
  • Kennis delen met operators, technici en collega's.
  • Samenwerken met engineering, kwaliteit en productie om de hoogste productkwaliteit te realiseren.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over ruime ervaring binnen spuitgieten (Injection Molding).
  • Je beschikt over een opleiding in kunststoftechnologie, werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische richting, of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ben je pas afgestudeerd aan een relevante richting? Dan ben je zeker ook welkom!
  • Je hebt diepgaande kennis van kunststoffen, materiaalgedrag en kunststofverwerking.
  • Je bent specialist in het analyseren en oplossen van complexe spuitgietproblemen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met matrijstechniek, procesparameters en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Je werkt analytisch, oplossingsgericht en nauwkeurig.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen in een technisch team.
