Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de levering van goederen en het administratieve proces van jouw productgroep. Dat betekent dat je de bestellingen beheert, het systeem bijhoudt en analyses maakt om te zorgen dat de voorraad altijd op orde is en de doelen worden gehaald. In deze rol verbind je de praktijk met het beleid. Je signaleert proactief waar processen beter kunnen en geeft concrete adviezen op basis van jouw analyses om de resultaten binnen jouw domein continu te verbeteren.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Systeem- & voorraadbeheer: Je beheert artikelinstellingen, verwerkt stamgegevens en bewaakt voorraadverschillen en kwaliteit.
  • Bestelproces & logistiek: Je plaatst bestellingen, schakelt met leveranciers/inkoop bij leveringsproblemen en coördineert de goederen- en retourstromen tussen filialen en het distributiecentrum.
  • Analyse & optimalisatie: Je signaleert proactief knelpunten via cijfer- en trendanalyses, lost problemen op en adviseert over procesverbeteringen.
  • Projecten & documentatie: Je ondersteunt projecten, leidt optimalisatie-initiatieven en houdt werkinstructies up-to-date.
  • Samenwerken: Je bent hét interne en externe aanspreekpunt voor jouw productgroep en stemt knelpunten tijdig af met je leidinggevende.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een analytisch talent dat energie krijgt van procesoptimalisatie en het behalen van concrete resultaten.

  • Of je nu net je bachelor of master op zak hebt en barst van de ambitie, of al een achtergrond hebt in supply chain en logistiek: jouw analytische blik maakt het verschil.
  • Je duikt graag in de cijfers, herkent trends en vertaalt deze naar proactieve adviezen.
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen leveranciers, logistiek en inkoop en communiceert helder op verschillende niveaus.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, signaleert knelpunten tijdig en neemt eigenaarschap over jouw domein.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands.
  • Je bent bereid om op regelmatige basis (gemiddeld 1 op 3 of 4) op zaterdag te werken, waarbij je ter compensatie geniet van een vrije dag tijdens de week.
