Jobomschrijving

Als specialist Verzekeringen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren van klanten over diverse verzekeringsproducten en het afhandelen van hun verzekeringsbehoeften. Je zult nauw samenwerken met klanten om hun individuele situaties te begrijpen en op maat gemaakte verzekeringsoplossingen voor te stellen. Daarnaast zal je ook betrokken zijn bij het beheren van bestaande klantrelaties en het identificeren van mogelijkheden voor upselling en cross-selling. Zowel het luik schade - als productiebeheer behoren tot je dagtaak.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden als Specialist Verzekeringen:

  • Adviseren van klanten over diverse verzekeringsproducten, waaronder autoverzekeringen, levensverzekeringen, woningverzekeringen, enz.
  • Het identificeren van de verzekeringsbehoeften van klanten en het aanbieden van passende oplossingen.
  • Het afhandelen van verzekeringsclaims en het begeleiden van klanten door het claimsproces.
  • Het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties door regelmatig contact en follow-up.
  • Het verkennen van mogelijkheden voor upselling en cross-selling aan bestaande klanten.
  • Het bijhouden van de ontwikkelingen in de verzekeringssector en het op de hoogte blijven van veranderingen in wet- en regelgeving.

Wat breng je mee als Specialist Verzekeringen

  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te onderhandelen.
  • Sterke klantgerichtheid en het vermogen om oplossingsgericht te denken.
  • In staat om zelfstandig te werken en ook goed in teamverband te functioneren.
  • Bachelor in de financiële richting of enige ervaring binnen de verzekeringen
  • Bereidheid om relevante opleidingen en trainingen te volgen om de kennis up-to-date te houden.
