GenAI specialist Voice - 40 uur - 3 jaar werkervaring - €3.250 - €5.000 Please note: Proficiency in the Dutch language is required Over deze rol Je bouwt voice-agents die gesprekken voeren, systemen bedienen en klantvragen zelfstandig afhandelen. Je experimenteert met de nieuwste modellen van Google, Anthropic en OpenAI en combineert taalmodellen, spraakherkenning, stemmen en tools tot iets dat echt werkt. Komt er een nieuw model uit? Dan wil je het proberen en horen of je agent er beter van wordt. Je verandert hoe Zonneplan werkt. Je ziet waar voice-agents meer kunnen betekenen voor sales, service en operations en neemt zelf het initiatief om dat te bouwen. Je kiest de technische aanpak, koppelt systemen en brengt nieuwe toepassingen na zorgvuldig testen live. Van het eerste idee tot de gesprekken waarin je hoort dat het werkt: jij pakt door. Hier wacht niemand af. Heb je een beter idee? Zeg het, en bouw het. We zijn gedreven optimisten die liever testen en soms falen dan blijven hangen in hoe het altijd ging. Je werkt samen met slimme mensen én slimme systemen, in een team vol verschillende achtergronden waar iedereen meepraat, meebouwt en meetelt. Jouw bijdrage aan Plan Zero - Jij bouwt nieuwe voice-agents en brengt ze live. Je ziet waar een agent werk kan overnemen en neemt zelf het initiatief. Je bepaalt de aanpak, koppelt de benodigde systemen en test totdat de agent in echte gesprekken zijn werk doet. - Met API-koppelingen en toolcalling laat je agents orders afronden, afspraken maken en operationele taken uitvoeren. Je zorgt dat ze weten wanneer ze kunnen handelen en wanneer een collega moet overnemen. - Jij bepaalt de technische koers. Je kiest de architectuur en tooling van de voice-stack en beslist welke verbeteringen je doorvoert. Daarbij weeg je gesprekskwaliteit, snelheid, betrouwbaarheid en kosten af. - Jij maakt ieder gesprek beter. Je duikt in gesprekken en traces om te ontdekken waar timing, begrip o...
