Amersfoort Meer details Specialist Werkvoorbereiding Civiele Projecten Profiel De opdrachtgever van Remember Tomorrow is op zoek naar een Specialist Werkvoorbereiding Civiele Projecten die verantwoordelijk is voor de technische voorbereiding van infrastructurele projecten binnen de openbare ruimte. In deze functie werk je zelfstandig aan uiteenlopende civieltechnische vraagstukken en zorg je voor een gedegen voorbereiding van projecten. Je houdt je bezig met het uitwerken van technische ontwerpen, het opstellen van bestekken en contractdocumenten en het voorbereiden van aanbestedingen. Daarnaast maak je ramingen en stel je projectdocumentatie op. Je analyseert technische vraagstukken en adviseert over de uitvoerbaarheid van projecten. De werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd op projectbasis, waarbij je vanuit jouw expertise zelf de aanpak bepaalt en de planning organiseert. Waar nodig stem je af met projectleiders en andere betrokkenen, maar je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en het eindresultaat van je werk. Vereisten - Een afgeronde hbo bachelor opleiding in de richting van Civiele Techniek of vergelijkbaar - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met civieltechnische projectvoorbereiding - Ervaring met het opstellen van RAW-bestekken en contractdocumenten - Ervaring met de voorbereiding van infrastructurele projecten in de openbare ruimte - Ervaring met technische projectvoorbereiding binnen gemeentelijke of vergelijkbare projecten - Aantoonbare ervaring met civieltechnische werkvoorbereiding binnen infrastructuurprojecten - Ervaring met aanbestedingen en bijbehorende documentatie - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met complexe civieltechnische projecten - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met advisering over de technische uitvoerbaarheid van civiele projecten - Sterk analytisch vermogen - Technisch inhoudelijk deskundig - Zelfstandig en resultaatgericht - Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd - Communicatief vaardig - Oplossingsger...
