Als Bibob-specialist zet jij je in om criminele invloeden buiten de deur te houden. Je onderzoekt signalen van ondermijning, brengt risico's in kaart en adviseert over de toepassing van de Wet Bibob. Een functie met impact! Wat ga je doen? Als Bibob-specialist ben jij dé expert en het aanspreekpunt binnen de gemeente op het gebied van de Wet Bibob. Je onderzoekt vergunningaanvragen, vastgoedtransacties en andere dossiers waarbij sprake kan zijn van integriteitsrisico's of ondermijnende criminaliteit. Daarbij analyseer je informatie uit verschillende bronnen, beoordeel je financiële en juridische documenten en leg je verbanden die voor anderen niet direct zichtbaar zijn. Je adviseert bestuur, management en collega's over de toepassing van de Wet Bibob en ondersteunt hen bij het maken van zorgvuldige en goed onderbouwde besluiten. Daarnaast behoort het evalueren en ontwikkelen van het Bibob-beleid tot je taken. Ook draag je bij aan het verbeteren van werkprocessen en het vergroten van de kennis over Bibob binnen de organisatie. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met interne en externe partners, zoals de politie, het Openbaar Ministerie, de Belastingdienst, het RIEC en collega-gemeenten. Je onderhoudt deze contacten actief en zorgt ervoor dat relevante informatie wordt gedeeld en samenwerking wordt versterkt. Daarnaast vertegenwoordig je de gemeente in bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures en draag je bij aan een integrale aanpak van ondermijning. Kortom: een veelzijdige functie waarin je onderzoek, analyse, advies en samenwerking combineert om Noordwijk veilig, weerbaar en integer te houden.
