In deze functie ben jij daarin samen met de coördinerend specialistisch adviseur inhoudelijk expert. Wat ga je doen? In de huidige wereld volgen geopolitieke ontwikkelingen elkaar razendsnel op, met als gevolg dat onze krijgsmacht zich versneld in gereedheid brengt voor eventuele hoofdtaak-1-inzet. Om dat te bewerkstelligen, moet Defensie de komende jaren met grote urgentie haar capaciteit uitbreiden. Al deze ontwikkelingen hebben directe gevolgen voor arrondissementsparket Oost-Nederland, waar alle strafrechtelijke zaken tegen Nederlandse militairen worden behandeld. Om voorbereid te zijn op wat de toekomst vraagt, zal ons arrondissementsparket de komende jaren ook opschalen. Binnen het EMSOM duik je in complexe zaken en juridische vraagstukken op het gebied van militair strafrecht. Je analyseert, verdiept je in de materie en weet ingewikkelde juridische kwesties inzichtelijk te maken en te vertalen naar de dagelijkse praktijk. Met jouw kennis ben je een belangrijke vraagbaak voor officieren van justitie, parketsecretarissen, de strategisch adviseur en andere collega's. De regie over strafrechtelijke onderzoeken ligt bij de officier van justitie; jij levert vanuit jouw expertise juridische verdieping en advies. Je werkt hierin nauw samen met de coördinerend specialistisch adviseur, met wie je je werk afstemt. Je adviseert over complexe vraagstukken...
