De gemeente heeft behoefte aan specialistische juridische expertise voor de behandeling van complexe beroepszaken op het gebied van de Wet WOZ. Het te behalen resultaat is dat de aan de opdrachtnemer voorgelegde WOZ-beroepszaken gedurende de looptijd van de opdracht inhoudelijk goed worden behandeld en dat de gemeente in voorkomende gerechtelijke procedures op deskundige wijze wordt vertegenwoordigd. Werkzaamheden bevatten onder meer het zelfstandig beoordelen van beroepszaken, het bepalen van de benodigde processtrategie, het opstellen van verweerschriften en overige processtukken en het voorbereiden en voeren van procedures bij de rechtbank en het gerechtshof namens de WOZ-ambtenaar. Onderdeel van het beoogde resultaat is tevens dat relevante specialistische kennis over complexe WOZ-vraagstukken en ontwikkelingen in jurisprudentie beschikbaar komt voor de betrokken medewerkers van de gemeente. Taxatietechnische deel incl. opstellen taxatierapport behoort expliciet niet tot de werkzaamheden. De opdrachtnemer bepaalt zelfstandig de wijze waarop de opdracht wordt uitgevoerd en hoe de beoogde resultaten worden gerealiseerd. Overige informatie: • • Opdrachtnemer zorgt voor een eigen laptop en telefoon.
