WerkTalent Specialistisch reiniger in de spoor- en stations reiniging | vanaf €2.800,00 pm | Den Haag Den Haag De opdrachtgever is een landelijk opererend schoonmaakbedrijf met meerdere vestigingen in Nederland en een team van circa 50-100 medewerkers. Binnen de regio Den Haag en Rotterdam werk je samen met een vast team dat zich richt op het specialistisch reinigen van spoor- en stationsomgevingen. De organisatie is gespecialiseerd in onder andere VvE-schoonmaak, glasbewassing, gevelreiniging, vloeronderhoud en het reinigen van zonnepanelen. Er heerst een informele en nuchtere werksfeer waarin collega's elkaar ondersteunen en waar ruimte is voor persoonlijk contact naast het werk. Je werkt vaak zelfstandig op locatie, maar maakt altijd deel uit van een betrokken en collegiaal team. Regelmatige teamactiviteiten zorgen voor een goede onderlinge sfeer. Functieomschrijving Als specialistisch reiniger op een station zorg je voor het grondig schoonmaken en onderhouden van plekken die extra aandacht nodig hebben. Denk aan het verwijderen van hardnekkig vuil, graffiti en kauwgom, het reinigen van perrons, tunnels en liften, en het schoonmaken van technische installaties of moeilijk bereikbare ruimtes. Je werkt vaak met speciale apparatuur en schoonmaakmiddelen en dragen bij aan een veilige, hygiënische en prettige omgeving voor reizigers en personeel. Werkzaamheden: - Uitvoeren van specialistische reinigingswerkzaamheden op en rondom stations en spoor, zoals dieptereiniging, hogedrukreiniging, graffiti verwijdering en vloeronderhoud; - Reinigen van perrons, wachtruimtes, liften, trappen, tunnels en technische ruimtes; - Werken volgens strikte veiligheidsvoorschriften binnen de spooromgeving; - Waarborgen van een hoge kwaliteitsstandaard bij iedere opdracht; - Signaleren van vervuilingen en schades; Je werk voornamelijk in de regio Den Haag, Rotterdam en omgeving.
