Specialistisch reiniger Franeker Functie Als Specialistisch Reiniger werk je op verschillende locaties aan het grondig reinigen en onderhouden van gevels, gebouwen en andere oppervlakken. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer werk je aan een gevel, de andere keer aan een installatie of ander object. Met professionele machines, materialen en verschillende reinigingstechnieken zorg je voor een schoon en verzorgd eindresultaat. Je werkt regelmatig samen met collega's uit de gevelrenovatie, het voegwerk en de restauratie. Daarbij staan veilig werken, kwaliteit en netjes werken altijd voorop. Wat ga je doen? - Reinigen van oppervlakken zoals metaal, hout en kunststof; - Glasbewassing (handmatig en/of met telescoopsysteem); - Reinigen met hogedrukapparatuur; - Uitvoeren van opleveringsschoonmaak; - Toepassen van de juiste reinigingsmiddelen, materialen en technieken; - Het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden volgens de geldende veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften. Functie-eisen - Ervaring in gevelreiniging, schoonmaak, bouw of een vergelijkbare functie is een pré; - Je bent in het bezit van een Vca-certificaat of bent bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen; - Rijbewijs B is vereist, rijbewijs BE is een pré; - Kennis van verschillende reinigingstechnieken, materialen en machines is een pré; Aanbod - Een baan voor 40 uur per week; - Een brutosalaris tussen de €16,00 en €19,00 per uur; - Gelijkwaardige beloning conform Schoonmaak Cao; - 8% vakantiegeld; - 25 vakantiedagen; - STIPP-pensioen; - Koningsvoordeel.
