Als medewerker specialistische reiniging werk je dagelijks op uiteenlopende locaties binnen de openbare ruimte en aan civiele kunstwerken. Via onze app ontvang je je werklocatie en opdracht voor die dag. Je start bij voorkeur direct op locatie; indien nodig haal je eerst materialen op bij kantoor of de groothandel.

Samen met je collega werk je zelfstandig aan de uitvoering van de opdracht. Je verdeelt het werk, zet het werkgebied veilig af en voert de werkzaamheden zorgvuldig en volgens afspraak uit. Na afronding ruim je alles netjes op en laat je de werklocatie schoon en veilig achter.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden- Zelfstandig uitvoeren van specialistische reinigingswerkzaamheden volgens instructies van de projectleider; - Uitvoeren van aanvullende werkzaamheden zoals stralen, metselen, schilderen en voegen (of bereid zijn dit te leren); - Zorgen voor een veilige werkwijze en het naleven van procedures op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu (KVGM); - Signaleren van knelpunten of bijzonderheden in de uitvoering of veiligheid en deze tijdig bespreken met de projectleider; - Digitaal invullen van de werkbon via de app, inclusief gewerkte uren en gebruikte materialen; - Opruimen van materialen en het netjes achterlaten van de werklocatie.

- Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken; - Je bent betrouwbaar en je bent altijd op tijd (06.30 uur beginnen); - Je hebt een praktische instelling en werkt nauwkeurig; - Je hebt een rijbewijs B; - Je bent veiligheidsbewust en volgt instructies zorgvuldig op; - Je bent flexibel en bereid om verschillende werkzaamheden uit te voeren; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal; - Ervaring in reiniging, bouw of onderhoud is een pré,
