Met onze gepassioneerde aanpak en oog voor detail organiseren we diverse events - van privéfeesten tot bedrijfsevenementen - en bieden we gasten een unieke beleving die verder gaat dan doorsnee horecazaken. Professionele vaardigheden

  • Specialisatie in de Aziatische keuken
  • Ondersteunen van de chef-kok en keukenploeg bij de voorbereiding van gerechten, ontvangst van de goederen, organiseren van koelcellen en vriezers
  • Voorbereiden van maaltijden volgens de aangeleverde recepten en/of taken bepaald door de chef
  • De werkplek netjes en overzichtelijk houden en de keukenorganisatie opvolgen
  • De keuken na afloop van het event of shift terug spik en span achterlaten, afval managment, correct stockeren van alle voeding en materialen
  • Assisteren bij het dresseren van de gerechten, opzetten van buffetten
  • Gerechten en recepten met Indische invloeden uitdenken op basis van seizoensgebonden ingrediënten, beschikbaar budget...
  • Het naleven van de werkprocedures en de regels voor hygiëne en voedselveiligheid controleren
  • De bereiding en het dresseren van de gerechten binnen de specialiteit superviseren
  • De voorraad opvolgen en tekorten vaststellen en melden
  • De geleverde diensten of producten controleren
  • Engels is een must
