Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen de verf-, afwerkings- en bouwsector zijn we op zoek naar een Specification Manager B2B.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Proactief opsporen van toekomstige bouw- en renovatieprojecten in een vroeg stadium.
  • Analyseren van projectinformatie en bepalen van commerciële en strategische prioriteiten.
  • Ervoor zorgen dat producten en oplossingen worden opgenomen in lastenboeken en bestekteksten.
  • Architecten, bestekschrijvers, studiebureaus en aannemers adviseren over technische oplossingen, systemen en afwerkingen.
  • Technische vereisten en projectbehoeften vertalen naar geschikte oplossingen.
  • Langdurige relaties uitbouwen en onderhouden met belangrijke stakeholders binnen de bouw- en projectmarkt.
  • Opvolgen van projecten van de voorschrijvingsfase tot verdere commerciële opvolging.
  • Deelnemen aan beurzen, evenementen en relevante netwerkmomenten.
  • Nauw samenwerken met interne afdelingen zoals Sales, Marketing, R&D en Technisch Advies.
  • Project- en klantinformatie nauwkeurig registreren en opvolgen in het CRM-systeem.
  • Bijdragen aan kennisdeling en het versterken van de positie van het merk binnen de professionele markt.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de B2B Business Unit Manager.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een technische, architecturale of commerciële richting. Gelijkwaardige ervaring is eveneens mogelijk.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een technisch-commerciële B2B-functie.
  • Ervaring binnen de bouw-, afwerkings- of technische sector is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de projectmarkt en begrijpt hoe beslissingen binnen bouw- en renovatieprojecten tot stand komen.
  • Ervaring met architecten, studiebureaus, projectontwikkelaars, aannemers of aanbestedingen is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je kunt lastenboeken analyseren en bent in staat om technische plannen en specificaties te interpreteren.
  • Je combineert technisch inzicht met commerciële feeling.
  • Je bent strategisch en analytisch ingesteld en weet opportuniteiten tijdig te herkennen.
  • Je bent een geboren netwerker en beweegt je vlot tussen verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je communiceert overtuigend en weet technische informatie op een begrijpelijke manier over te brengen.
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt mee vanuit de behoeften en doelstellingen van de klant.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt ervaring met CRM-systemen, bijvoorbeeld Microsoft Dynamics, en kunt vlot overweg met MS Office.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt graag initiatief.
