Die ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG sorgt für einen sicheren, zuverlässigen und pünktlichen Eisenbahnverkehr in Österreich. Im Geschäftsbereich Streckenmanagement und Anlagenentwicklung (SAE) leisten rund 6.000 Mitarbeiter:innen einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Verfügbarkeit und Weiterentwicklung der Bahninfrastruktur.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Wiener Neustadt suchen wir eine engagierte Fachkraft für die Disposition im Bereich Materialwirtschaft.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Unterstützung bei der Einleitung und Durchführung von Materialabrufen und Bestellungen unter Berücksichtigung der konzerninternen Einkaufsrichtlinien

* Mitarbeit bei der Bedarfs-, Verbrauchs-, Material-, Transport- und Ladungsplanung

* Unterstützung bei Disposition und Priorisierung von Zustell- und Abholaufträgen sowie Warengruppen

* Eigenständiger Ausgleich und Koordination disponierbarer Ressourcen (Material, Transportleistungen etc.)

* Durchführung von Bestellungen bei bestehenden Vertragspartner:innen und Lieferant:innen

* Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung logistischer Prozesse

* Erstellung von Kennzahlen und Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung von Versorgungsabläufen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Lehre als:

** Betriebslogistikkaufmann/-frau

** Speditionskaufmann/-frau

** Bürokaufmann/-frau

** oder vergleichbare kaufmännische bzw. logistische Ausbildung

* Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick

* Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Kundenorientierung

* Gute Umgangsformen und Teamfähigkeit

* Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge rasch zu erfassen

* Bereitschaft zur fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung

Entlohnung

Für die Position "Fachkraft Disposition Materialwirtschaft" ist ein Mindestjahresgehalt von € 42.807,10 brutto vorgesehen. Eine Überzahlung ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
