Zur Verstärkung des Teams am Standort St. Pölten-Unterradlberg suchen wir ab sofort 1 Spezialist Digitalisierung (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie betreuen und entwickeln unsere produktionsnahen IT-Systeme sowie weitere digitale Anwendungen und sind zentrale Ansprechperson für deren Anwenderinnen und Anwender

* Sie analysieren Daten, Prozesse und Abläufe, stellen eine hohe Datenqualität sicher und begleiten Systemtests, Fehleranalysen sowie die Einführung neuer digitaler Lösungen

* Sie unterstützen und schulen unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter im Umgang mit den Produktionssystemen und wirken aktiv an Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten mit

* Sie initiieren und moderieren KVP- und Verbesserungsworkshops, analysieren bestehende Prozesse und identifizieren konkrete Optimierungs- und Verbesserungspotenziale

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene (lebensmittel-)technische/kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erfahrung in Produktion, Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung

* Interesse an Produktions- bzw. ERP-/BDE-Systemen von Vorteil

* Unternehmerisches, analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken

* Freude daran, Prozesse zu hinterfragen und Verbesserungspotenziale aufzudecken

* Sie können Menschen für Veränderungen begeistern und Verbesserungen gemeinsam mit ihnen umsetzen

Entlohnung

* Für diese Position ist ein Vollzeitgehalt von mindestens EUR 3.200 brutto vorgesehen.

* Abhängig von Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
