Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Bergheim (Salzburg) suchen wir eine:n Spezialist externe Finanzberichterstattung (w/m/d). In dieser Rolle gestaltest du aktiv die externe Finanzkommunikation der PALFINGER Gruppe und bist für das gesamte Projektmanagements der Erstellung des Geschäftsberichts verantwortlich. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit internen Fachbereichen, dem Management und externen Partnern zusammen. 1 Spezialist externe Finanzberichterstattung (w/m/d) WAS DICH ERWARTET

* Gesamtverantwortung für das Projektmanagement des PALFINGER Geschäftsberichts sowie des Halbjahresberichts - von der Planung über die Koordination bis zur finalen Veröffentlichung

* Inhaltliche Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Lageberichts sowie Steuerung und Abstimmung aller weiteren Berichtsteile mit internen Stakeholdern und dem CFO

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller rechtlichen Anforderungen, Zeitpläne und Review-Prozesse im Rahmen der Berichtserstellung

* Koordination und Steuerung unserer externen Agenturen

* Key User für SmartNotes und Sparringpartner:in für Kolleg:innen im Unternehmen durch aktives Business Partnering rund um Reporting-Themen

WAS DU MITBRINGST

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft o.ä.

* Erfahrung im externen Reporting, idealerweise im Umfeld Geschäftsbericht, Lagebericht oder Konzernberichterstattung

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement

* Strukturierte, detailorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigeninitiative sowie Kommunikationsstärke

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
