Zur Verstärkung unseres R&D-Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Simulationsingenieur für Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) (w/m/d). In dieser Position sind Sie für die strömungstechnische Auslegung, Simulation und innovative Weiterentwicklung von industriellen Strömungs- und Prozessanlagen sowie für die Simulation thermischer Prozesse verantwortlich. Ein Teil des Aufgabengebiets umfasst dabei auch die industrielle Turbomaschinentechnik, insbesondere die Simulation und Optimierung von Laufrädern, Impellern, Ventilatoren und Gebläsen. 1 Spezialist für numerische Simulation (w/m/d) EBNER Industrieofenbau GmbH

AUFGABEN

* Durchführung von CFD-Simulationen für thermische Prozessanlagen mit Schwerpunkt auf industriellen Turbomaschinen, Ventilatoren, Laufrädern, Gebläsen sowie Prozessgas-Zirkulationssystemen.

* Planung und Durchführung von Versuchen zur Validierung sowie Verifizierung von CFD-Simulationen und numerischen Modellen.

* Numerische Unterstützung der Produktentwicklung sowie selbstständige Durchführung von Entwicklungsprojekten im Bereich Strömung, Wärmeübertragung und industrieller Turbomaschinen.

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen (Konstruktion, Fertigung, Inbetriebnahme usw.) sowie mit Mitgliedern der EBNER Group.

* Weiterentwicklung von Simulationsmethoden, CFD-Tools, Berechnungsprozessen und technischen Standards im Bereich Strömungsmechanik sowie thermischer Prozessanlagen.

PROFIL

* Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (Uni/FH) mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau, Strömungsmechanik, Energietechnik oder vergleichbar.

* Erfahrung in der numerischen Strömungssimulation (CFD) industrieller Anlagen und thermischer Prozesssysteme.

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in ANSYS Fluent, CFX, COMSOL oder vergleichbaren CFD-Tools.

* Sehr gutes Verständnis der Physik industrieller Turbomaschinen (Ventilatoren, Laufräder, Gebläse) sowie relevanter Simulationsmethoden.

* Erfahrung mit 3D-CAD-Systemen (vorzugsweise Siemens NX oder vergleichbar).

* Kenntnisse in OpenFOAM sind von Vorteil.

* Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
