Für den Ausbau unseres Documentation-Teams in Gmunden suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten 1 Spezialist für technische Dokumentation (m/w/d) Der Fokus liegt auf der Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Dokumentationsprozesse sowie der Einführung und

Weiterentwicklung systemgestützter Lösungen wie DMS und CCMS.

AUFGABEN:

* Analyse und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse in der Technischen Dokumentation

* Mitarbeit beim Aufbau einer skalierbaren, systemgestützten Dokumentationslandschaft

* Definition von Anforderungen an DMS, Redaktionssystem/CCMS, Freigabeworkflows, Metadaten und Dokument-ID-Logik

* Strukturierung des Dokumentenmanagements für Datenblätter, User Manuals, Sicherheitshinweise, Etiketten und technische

Spezialdokumente

* Standardisierung von Dokumenttypen, Vorlagen, wiederverwendbaren Inhalten und Freigabeprozessen

* Operative Unterstützung bei technischen Dokumenten mit Fokus auf Prozess- und Systemverbesserung

ANFORDERUNGEN:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erfahrung in technischer Dokumentation, Dokumenten-, Prozess- oder Informationsmanagement

* Kenntnisse in DMS, CCMS, PIM, SAP oder PLM

* Entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Verständnis für technische Daten, Prozesse und Informationsmanagement

* Interesse an Prozessoptimierung und strukturierter Dokumentenorganisation

* Teamorientierung und Bereitschaft, bestehende Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln
