Wir suchen 1 Spezialist_in Bautechnik (Dachdeckerei/Spenglerei) Tätigkeitsbereich

In dieser Position unterstützen Sie die Bauleitung bei der technischen, organisatorischen und wirtschaftlichen Abwicklung von Bauvorhaben im Bereich Dachdeckerei und Spenglerei.

Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick:

* Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei Bauvorhaben im Bereich Dachdeckerei und Spenglerei

* Mitwirkung bei Arbeitsvorbereitung, Planung von Bauabläufen und technischer Projektbearbeitung

* Unterstützung bei der Überwachung der Bauausführung sowie Koordination laufender Arbeiten auf der Baustelle

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Auftraggebern, Behörden, Subunternehmen und weiteren Projektbeteiligten

* Erstellung von 3D-Konstruktions-, Werk- und Montageplänen

* Durchführung von Vermessungsarbeiten sowie Bedarfs- und Massenermittlungen

* Baustellenrelevanter Schriftverkehr und Unterstützung bei der Projektdokumentation

* Mitarbeit bei Abrechnung, Rechnungsprüfung und Erstellung von Nachträgen

* Mitwirkung im Qualitäts-, Termin- und Kostencontrolling

* Unterstützung bei der Koordination von Mängelbehebungen

* Einhaltung gesetzlicher Sicherheitsvorschriften und rechtlicher Bestimmungen

Was du mitbringst

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. HTL, FH oder Meisterausbildung im Bereich Dachdeckerei/Spenglerei)

* Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAD-Programmen sowie gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft

* Verlässliche, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Führerschein der Klasse B
