Wir suchen 1 Spezialist in der Kommunikation (w/m/x) Du bist Kommunikationsexperte, denkst in Systemen und willst wirklich etwas bewegen?

Dann haben wir genau das Richtige für dich: Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen Lead Engineer im Bereich Train-to-Ground-Kommunikation, der komplexe Bahnsysteme verbindet und technisch den Ton angibt. Aufgaben

* Technische Leitung von Train-to-Ground-Kommunikationssystemen (T2G) für Schienenfahrzeuge

* Definition der System- und Kommunikationsarchitektur zwischen Zug, Landseite und Cloud

* Übersetzung von Kunden- und Systemanforderungen in technische Spezifikationen

* Verantwortung für Design, Integration und Tests moderner Kommunikationslösungen

* Sicherstellung von Performance, Security & Normenkonformität (EN 5012x, IEC 62443)

* Zentrale technische Schnittstelle zu Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Teams

Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität) - fachliche Kompetenz entscheidend

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Kommunikations-, Netzwerk- oder Bahnsysteme

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Train-to-Ground / Connectivity-Technologien

(z. B. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G/5G, TETRA, VPN, VoIP)

* Erfahrung in Systemarchitektur, Requirements Engineering und technischen Spezifikationen

* Praxis im Umgang mit Requirements-Tools und komplexen technischen Schnittstellen

* Verständnis für Cybersecurity, Zertifikats- und Sicherheitsanforderungen

* Sicheres Auftreten, kommunikationsstark und durchsetzungsfähig auf technischer Ebene

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Englisch Projektsprache, Deutsch für interne Abstimmungen)
