Wir suchen 1 Spezialist*in Digitalisierung und KI - Automotive Prozessautomatisierung Vollzeit/ Großraum Graz

Zeit für eine neue Herausforderung

* Analyse bestehender Qualitätsprozesse und Identifikation geeigneter Automatisierungs- und KI-Potenziale

* Entwicklung digitaler Lösungen zur Reduktion manueller Tätigkeiten und Steigerung der Prozesseffizienz

* Aufbau automatisierter Reports, Dashboards und datenbasierter Auswertungen

* Entwicklung und Betreuung von Schnittstellen zwischen Qualitätssystemen, Datenbanken, Prüfmitteln und Softwarelösungen

* Automatisierung von Datenerfassung, -verarbeitung und -validierung über unterschiedliche Systeme hinweg

* Erprobung und Integration moderner KI-Anwendungen wie LLMs, Copilots und intelligente Assistenzsysteme

* Weiterentwicklung bestehender Abläufe durch Scripting, Workflow-Automatisierung und Digitalisierung

* Eigenständige Steuerung von Digitalisierungsprojekten - von der Konzeption bis zur Implementierung

* Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen sowie Aufnahme und Umsetzung von User-Feedback

Skills sind der Schlüssel

* Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Informatik, Software Engineering, Data Science, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung

* Berufserfahrung in Prozessautomatisierung, Digitalisierung oder Softwareentwicklung

* Sehr gute Python-Kenntnisse sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit APIs und Systemintegrationen

* Grundkenntnisse in PyQt, Java/JavaFX und Windows-Automatisierung (Win32 COM)

* Erfahrung mit SQL, Datenbanken und strukturierten Datenverarbeitungsprozessen

* Kenntnisse in KI-Technologien, Machine Learning oder Automatisierungs- und Workflow-Frameworks

* Erfahrung mit Scripting bzw. Low-Code-Plattformen von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität

* Selbstständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise mit Freude daran, eigene Digitalisierungspotenziale zu erkennen und umzusetzen

* Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch sowie Freude an internationaler, interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit

Gehalt

Für diese Position gilt ein Monatsbruttogehalt von € 4.800 bis 5.600.

Geboten wird eine marktkonforme Überzahlung abhängig von Qualifikationen und Erfahrung.
