Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Linz suchen wir 1 SPEZIALIST_IN HONORARVERRECHNUNG Sie arbeiten strukturiert, behalten auch bei vielen laufenden Abrechnungen den Überblick und haben Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen? Sie packen proaktiv an, denken mit und sorgen für eine korrekte und fristgerechte Honorarverrechnung? Dann freuen wir uns darauf, Sie kennenzulernen!

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Linz suchen wir eine:n engagierte:n Spezialist:in Honorarverrechnung für 30-40 Stunden. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie mit Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und Genauigkeit eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem Abrechnungsprozess.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Begleitung des gesamten Honorarverrechnungsprozesses - von der Vorbereitung bis zur finalen Honorarnote

* Sicherstellung einer korrekten, transparenten und fristgerechten Verrechnung in enger Abstimmung mit den einzelnen Fachbereichen

* Erste Ansprechperson für unsere Anwält:innen in allen Fragen rund um die Honorarverrechnung

* Unterstützung des Buchhaltungsteams bei laufenden kaufmännischen Prozessen

* Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Verrechnungsprozesse

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK/HAS/Lehre oder vergleichbar)

* Berufserfahrung in einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei, Steuer- oder Wirtschaftsberatung idealerweise mit ADVOKAT-Erfahrung von Vorteil oder motivierte Quereinsteiger mit kaufmännischem Hintergrund und ausgeprägter Zahlenaffinität

* Genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit, auch bei mehreren parallellaufenden Themen den Überblick zu behalten

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner:innen

* Eine offene, engagierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Serviceorientierung
