Wir suchen 1 Spezialist_in Kund_innenservice / Kund_innenbetreuung ab sofort, Vollzeit (37,5h), Ort: Thomas-Klestil-Platz 13, 1030 Wien

Das erwartet dich

* Verantwortung für die konzernübergreifend koordinierte Weiterentwicklung des Kund_innenservices - sowohl online als auch offline

* Sicherstellung eines einheitlichen Serviceerlebnisses entlang der gesamten Customer Journey innerhalb der Wiener Stadtwerke Gruppe

* Analyse und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse, Schnittstellen, Tools und Reportings sowie aktive Begleitung der Konzernunternehmen bei der Umsetzung

* Konzeption sowie Umsetzung von Projekten zur fortlaufenden konzernunternehmensübergreifenden Optimierung des gesamten Wiener Stadtwerke-Serviceerlebnisses

Das bringst du mit

* Fundierte kaufmännische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Matura, FH oder Universität)

* Erfahrung im (digitalen) Kund*innenservice

* Spezifisches Wissen zu organisatorischen sowie konzernübergreifenden Zusammenhängen

* Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement und der Optimierung von Ablaufprozessen sowie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und der Umsetzung von Projekten

* Erfahrung mit Veränderungsprozessen und der Transformation von Organisationen

* Sicheres Navigieren in Abstimmungs- und Entscheidungsprozessen mit unterschiedlichen Interessenslagen (Stakeholder*innen Management)

* Selbstständige, genaue, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie kund*innenorientiertes Denken & Auftreten

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1)

Gehalt

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 4.672,30 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeit (Wiener Stadtwerke Kollektivvertrag, Besoldungsordnung BO.B, Schema I, Gehaltsgruppe J), abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, sowie gegebenenfalls die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
