DEIN JOB

Du findest für unsere nationalen und internationalen Linien den optimalsten Weg, das beinhaltet

* Planen, Koordinieren und Disponieren unserer Transportaufträge (Import / Export / Inland)

* die Überwachung von Abhol- und Zustellprozessen und proaktive Information bei Abweichungen

* Kommunikation mit Kunden, Partnern, Dienstleistern & Zoll

* Beratung sowie Angebotserstellung

* Datenerfassung und laufende Überprüfung

* Erstellen von Transportdokumenten

* Auftrags- und Reklamationsabwicklung

* Aktive Mitarbeit an Prozessverbesserungen und Digitalisierungsvorhaben

Dabei bist Du die erste Ansprechperson für Kunden, Lieferanten und Partner sowie den operativen und administrativen Abteilungen.

DEIN PROFIL

Was du fachlich mitbringen solltest

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen, idealerweise im speditionellen Bereich mit ersten Erfahrungen im Kundenservice

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

* Erfahrung mit LBase? Super, aber kein Muss

* Deutsch & Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

Persönlich punktest Du durch ein zielorientiertes Mindset und Teamgeist

* Eigenständiges Arbeiten ist Dir ebenso wichtig wie kreatives Gestalten von Lösungen

* Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

* Strategisches Denken und schnell im Erkennen von Abweichungen
