Wir suchen ab sofort eine Mitarbeiter:in in Vollzeit im Rechnungswesen für den Bereich Operatives Accounting. 1 Spezialist_in Operatives Accounting & Jahresabschluss (m/w/d) Ihre Tasks

* Eigenständige Verantwortung von Buchungskreisen und Erstellung der jeweiligen Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach UGB

* Operative Accounting Tätigkeiten im Hauptbuch sowie Nebenbüchern, z. B. Erfassung von Eingangsrechnungen, Rechnungsfreigaben, Ausgangsrechnungsfakturierung

* Systemabstimmungen zur Qualitätssicherung

* Anlagenbuchhaltung u. Bauverrechnung

* Laufende Prozessoptimierung

* Umsetzung steuerlicher Fragestellungen in Abstimmung mit dem Steuerteam

Ihr Background

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, Fachhochschule oder Universität o.ä.) mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Controlling oder Finance

* Einschlägige, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen

* Sehr gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse (v. a. Excel)

* Freude an komplexen Fragestellungen sowie analytischem Arbeiten

* SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Hohes Engagement und Eigeninitiative

* Teamspirit und Belasbarkeit
