Deine Aufgaben

Als zentrale Schnittstelle steuerst du die operativen Vertriebs- und Admin-Prozesse für die Region Europa (inkl. CEAB & Türkei):

* Vertriebs- & Auftragsabwicklung: Du koordinierst Aufträge von der Erfassung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss und hältst die Stammdaten im ERP-System stets aktuell.

* Internationale Schnittstellenarbeit: Du bist der verlässliche Ansprechpartner für Sales-Teams und Key Accounts in mehreren europäischen Märkten.

* Prozessoptimierung: Du analysierst und verbesserst administrative Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit.

* Reporting & Analysen: Du erstellst vertriebsrelevante Auswertungen als fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Management.

Das bringst du mit

* Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, FH/Uni) sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder der Sales Administration - idealerweise im FMCG- oder Handelsumfeld.

* Arbeitsweise: Selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und strukturiert - auch in dynamischen Phasen behältst du den Überblick.

* Systemkenntnisse: Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office (besonders Excel) sowie Praxis mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP).

* Sprachen: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch für die tägliche internationale Kommunikation.
