Jobomschrijving

Ben jij communicatief sterk, oplossingsgericht en niet bang om moeilijke gesprekken op een professionele manier aan te pakken? Combineer je graag klantencontact, onderhandelen en dossierbeheer?

Voor onze klant, een gespecialiseerde speler binnen credit management en invorderingsdiensten, zoeken we een B2B Credit Collection Officer.

Wat ga je doen? Je beheert zelfstandig een portefeuille van openstaande dossiers en volgt deze van dichtbij op.

Concreet zal je:

  • openstaande vorderingen controleren en opvolgen;
  • telefonisch contact opnemen met debiteuren en hun situatie bespreken;
  • onderhandelen over realistische betalingsvoorwaarden en afbetalingsplannen;
  • nieuwe opgezegde dossiers behandelen en de nodige waarborgen opvolgen;
  • gemaakte betalingsafspraken nauwgezet opvolgen;
  • minnelijke en, indien nodig, gerechtelijke procedures administratief opvolgen;
  • communiceren via telefoon, e-mail en briefwisseling;
  • dossiers correct registreren en opvolgen via gespecialiseerde tools;
  • constructief samenwerken met interne collega's en externe partners;
  • per dossier bepalen welke aanpak het meest geschikt is.

Je krijgt dus verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen dossiers en gebruikt zowel je communicatieve als analytische vaardigheden om tot de best mogelijke oplossing te komen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die assertiviteit met empathie kan combineren. Je durft duidelijke afspraken te maken, maar begrijpt tegelijkertijd dat ieder dossier een andere aanpak kan vragen.

Je beschikt over:

  • een eerste relevante ervaring binnen invordering, credit collection, credit management of een vergelijkbare customer-servicefunctie;
  • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om professioneel te onderhandelen;
  • een klantgerichte en respectvolle houding, ook tijdens moeilijke gesprekken;
  • een gestructureerde manier van werken en een goede administratieve opvolging;
  • een analytische en kritische blik waarmee je situaties snel kunt inschatten;
  • een pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid;
  • een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands EN Frans

Ervaring binnen credit collection is uiteraard een sterke troef. Heb je vooral ervaring binnen customer service, financiële dienstverlening of intensief klantencontact en ben je sterk in onderhandelen? Dan kan jouw profiel eveneens interessant zijn.
