Voor een representatief Business Center op een toplocatie in Diegem zijn wij met hoge prioriteit op zoek naar een ervaren Zaalverantwoordelijke. Hier ontvang je directieleden, internationale VIP's en zakelijke partners met de flair, klasse en verfijning van een klasse-maître d'hôtel. Je stapt direct in een stabiel dagrooster, met een soepele inwerkperiode waarin je ingewerkt wordt door de huidige steward.

Wat ga je doen? Stijlvolle ontvangst: Je bent het visitekaartje van de locatie en ontvangt topkader en internationale gasten met natuurlijke charme en etiquette. Service op topniveau: Je verzorgt het serveerproces vlekkeloos en past zowel klassieke als moderne serveertechnieken toe. Deskundig advies: Als kenner adviseer je gasten proactief over het culinaire aanbod, bijpassende dranken en arrangementen. Eventondersteuning: Je leidt de opbouw, voorbereiding en uitvoering van hoogwaardige zakelijke feesten en VIP-events in goede banen. Service-optimalisatie: Je ziet kansen om de hospitality-beleving continu naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Wie zoeken wij? Ervaring: Ruime, aantoonbare ervaring in het hogere horecasegment of een vergelijkbare hoogwaardige corporate hospitality-omgeving. Vakkennis: Geschoold in serveertechnieken en gastvrijheidsetiquette. Uitstraling: Onberispelijk, representatief en zelfverzekerd in de omgang met directie en VIP's.

Talenkennis: Uitstekend Nederlands (moedertaal/vloeiend) aangevuld met een goede operationele kennis van het Frans en Engels. Competenties: Proactief, stressbestendig, commercieel ingesteld en communicatief ijzersterk.
