Ben jij een verpleegkundige die floreert in een dynamische omgeving, houdt van uitdaging en geen spoedsituatie uit de weg gaat? Dan is onze SEH dé plek waar jij tot je recht komt! Onze SEH vormt samen met de Huisartsenpost de Acute Zorgpost. We beschikken over een traumakamer, gipskamer, vijf patiëntenkamers én een Eerste Harthulp (EHH) met vijf bedden. We zijn onderdeel van een level 3 traumacentrum, dus reken op actie, afwisseling én verdieping in je werk. Als SEH-verpleegkundige ben jij hét gezicht van onze acute zorg. Jij bent vaak de eerste zorgprofessional die de patiënt ziet: je voert zelfstandig onderzoek uit, assisteert bij behandelingen en houdt overzicht in een dynamische omgeving. Samen met SEH-artsen, PA'ers en AGNIO's vorm je een sterk team dat altijd klaarstaat om de beste zorg te bieden. Je komt terecht in een professioneel én gezellig team waarin collegialiteit, vertrouwen en werkplezier centraal staan. We werken keihard, maar met net zoveel plezier. Een uitdagende en betekenisvolle baan waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Dit is hoe jij elke dag het verschil maakt: - Je vangt patiënten op en coördineert de verpleegkundige zorg rondom hen; - Je stelt prioriteiten, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en weet adequaat te handelen in acute situaties; - Je rouleert tussen de SEH en de geïntegreerde Eerste Harthulp (EHH); - Je werkt nauw samen met de Huisartsenpost, ambulancezorg (RAV) en diverse specialistische afdelingen; - Je maakt deel uit van het reanimatie- en MET-team; - Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van procedures en de kwaliteit van zorg; - Je begeleidt nieuwe collega's en leerlingen; jouw kennis en ervaring zijn goud waard.
