Ben jij graag buiten aan het werk en schrikt fysiek werk jou niet af?

Voor een groot familiebedrijf dat al zes generaties actief is binnen de spoorinfrastructuur zoeken wij gemotiveerde spoorleggers. Het bedrijf specialiseert zich vandaag voornamelijk in tram en industriesporen.

Je komt terecht in een diverse werkomgeving waar samenwerking, veiligheid en vakmanschap centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen als SPOORLEGGER:

  • Aanleggen, onderhouden en herstellen van tram- en treinsporen
  • Uitvoeren van grond- en infrastructuurwerken
  • Plaatsen, uitlijnen en bevestigen van spooronderdelen
  • Werken met handgereedschappen en machines
  • Voorbereiden en opruimen van de werf
  • Strikt naleven van de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Samenwerken met je ploeg om de werkzaamheden tijdig en kwalitatief af te ronden
  • Je werkt steeds buiten en bent actief in verschillende weersomstandigheden. Een goede fysieke conditie is daarom belangrijk.

Werkuren als SPOORLEGGER:

Je werkt volgens een vast dagrooster:

  • Maandag tot en met donderdag: van 7.00 tot 15.30 uur
  • Vrijdag: van 7.00 tot 15.00 uur

Alle medewerkers verzamelen om 7.00 uur op de bedrijfssite en vertrekken van daaruit gezamenlijk naar de werf. De camionetten worden niet mee naar huis genomen.

Op de werf wordt effectief gewerkt tot 15.30 uur. De reistijd van de werf terug naar de bedrijfssite wordt vergoed.

Ongeveer zes keer per jaar kunnen er nacht- of weekendwerken plaatsvinden. Bij één tot drie gewerkte nachten ontvang je een toeslag van 25%. Bij vier gewerkte nachten word je voor een volledige vijfdaagse werkweek uitbetaald.

  • In vorm voor fysiek en praktisch werk
  • Je bent technisch onderlegd
  • Je spreekt Nederlands
  • Je komt idealiter uit de wegenbouw of soortgelijke sector
  • Bereid is om door weer en wind buiten te werken
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit belangrijk vindt
  • Stipt om 7.00 uur op de bedrijfssite aanwezig kan zijn
  • Flexibel is voor occasioneel nacht- en weekendwerk (ongeveer 6x per jaar)
  • Goed kan samenwerken binnen een ploeg
  • Verantwoordelijk, betrouwbaar en gemotiveerd is
