The posting

Je werkt mee aan spoorwerken op en rond het spoor, met focus op veilige uitvoering en een ordelijke werf.

  • Uitvoeren van aanleg-, vernieuwings- en onderhoudswerken aan spoorlijnen, wissels en bijhorende infrastructuur volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Ondersteunen van nieuwbouw-, renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten zodat het treinverkeer veilig en betrouwbaar kan blijven functioneren.
  • Controleren, aanreiken en correct gebruiken van spoorwegmaterialen en gereedschappen, en slijtage of afwijkingen tijdig signaleren.
  • Toepassen van manuele spoorwerktechnieken en werken met mechanische hulpmiddelen en machines, afhankelijk van het project.
  • Samenwerken in vaste ploegen met collega-spoorwegarbeiders en ploegbazen, met duidelijke communicatie en aandacht voor veiligheid en orde op de werf.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt interesse in spoorinfrastructuur, spoorwegen, techniek en veiligheid; ervaring met spoorwerken of infrastructuur is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent praktisch en fysiek ingesteld: je werkt graag buiten, gaat nauwkeurig om met gereedschap en materialen en kan fysiek werk langs en op het spoor aan.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en precies: je volgt procedures correct op en kan stipt en geconcentreerd werken.
  • Je werkt vlot samen in vaste ploegen en ondersteunt collega’s om veilig en efficiënt te werken.
  • Je bent zeer flexibel inzetbaar: je kan werken in nacht- en weekendshiften, in wisselende ploegen en je kan omgaan met last-minute aanpassingen in de planning.

  • Iemand die interesse heeft in spoorinfrastructuur en techniek en graag bijleert; ervaring met spoorwerken, infrastructuur of onderhoud is een pluspunt.
  • Iemand die praktisch is ingesteld en graag buiten werkt met gereedschap en machines, en fysiek werk langs en op het spoor aankan.
  • Iemand die nauwkeurig werkt en kwaliteit en veiligheid consequent vooropzet, met strikte naleving van veiligheidsprocedures.
  • Iemand die vlot samenwerkt in vaste ploegen en helder communiceert om veilig en efficiënt te werken.
  • Iemand die stipt en betrouwbaar is, instructies correct opvolgt en zorgvuldig omgaat met collega’s, materieel en spoorinstallaties.
