WAT GA JE PRECIES DOEN? Je bent het sportieve en energieke gezicht van het resort. Je begeleidt onze gasten bij diverse sport- en wateractiviteiten en ontwikkelt creatieve, veilige en gevarieerde programma's die bijdragen aan een premium vakantie-ervaring. Jij bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Het professioneel begeleiden van kajak- en paddleboardtochten, met aandacht voor veiligheid, techniek en plezier; - Het ontwikkelen én geven van zwemlessen voor beginners, aquagymlessen en wateractiviteiten; - Het organiseren van sportieve zwembadspellen en ontspannende activiteiten aan het water; - Het verzorgen van beach yoga, beach fit en beach games; - Het onderhouden van dagelijks contact met gasten: enthousiasmeren, inschrijvingen beheren en feedback verzamelen; - Het meedenken over nieuwe activiteiten op het gebied van sport, wellness en beweging; - Het nauw samenwerken met andere afdelingen zoals Front Office en Sea & Sense om programma's goed op elkaar af te stemmen. 2 Functie-eisen WAAROM PAST DEZE BAAN BIJ JOU?
