  • Ophalen en leveren van wasgoed bij klanten in Gent.
  • Rijden met een elektrische cargofiets.
  • Af en toe transporteren van wasgoed met de wagen (rijbewijs B vereist).
  • Zelfstandig en efficiënt omgaan met je routes en planning.
  • Je route indien nodig aanpassen aan wegenwerken, obstakels of last-minute wijzigingen.
  • De cargofiets praktisch en efficiënt laden, rekening houdend met verschillende tussenstops en hoeveelheden wasgoed.
  • Klanten vriendelijk en professioneel te woord staan en signaleren wanneer klanten vragen, opmerkingen of problemen hebben.
  • Een goede eerste indruk maken bij klanten en het bedrijf professioneel vertegenwoordigen.
  • Tijdens je routes alert zijn voor mogelijke opportuniteiten, zoals nieuwe horeca, hotels, kantoren of andere potentiële klanten.
  • Indien nodig ondersteuning bieden bij logistieke taken of in de wasserij.
  • Meedenken over zaken die in de dagelijkse werking beter of efficiënter kunnen.
  • Je bent sportief en fysiek in orde en werkt graag actief bezig.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, betrouwbaar en stipt.
  • Je hebt een praktische ingesteldheid en kunt snel schakelen wanneer de planning of omstandigheden veranderen.
  • Je bent alert en neemt graag initiatief in plaats van enkel af te wachten.
  • Je durft klanten aan te spreken en komt vriendelijk, professioneel en verzorgd over.
  • Je vindt het leuk om mee te denken en feedback te geven wanneer je merkt dat iets efficiënter kan.
  • Je bent beschikbaar op weekdagen, vooral dinsdag t.e.m. vrijdag in de voormiddag (7u45 - 12u00).
  • Je bent ook tijdens het schooljaar regelmatig beschikbaar.
  • Ervaring in logistiek of klantenservice is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
