Für diese Stelle ist eine abgeschlossene, facheinschlägige Ausbildung* inklusive UBV oder Pflegeassistenz Voraussetzung!

Unser Wohnhaus befindet sich in der Region Wienerwald in der kleinen Gemeinde Innermanzing. Im Wohnhaus wohnen 41 Personen in 4 Wohngemeinschaften. Im Rahmen des Begleiteten Wohnens und der Wohnassistenz werden zudem 12 Personen in ihren eigenen Wohnungen in der Region entsprechend ihrem individuellen Bedarf unterstützt.

Es gibt einen sehr großen Garten mit einem Fußballplatz. In der näheren Umgebung des Wohnhauses befindet sich ein Kaffeehaus und ein Nahversorger.

* Individuelle Begleitung und Unterstützung im Sinne der Menschen, die die Wohnangebote nutzen

* Begleitung in lebenspraktischen Belangen wie Einkaufen, Kochen, Haushaltsführung

* Koordination und Begleitung bei Arzt- und Amtswegen

* Beratung und Vermittlung bei finanziellen und rechtlichen Fragen

* Unterstützende pflegerische Tätigkeiten

* Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen und Erwachsenenvertretungen, Ämtern und Behörden

* Wertschätzende Dokumentation relevanter Inhalte in der zur Verfügung gestellten Software

Sie bringen mit

* Abgeschlossene, facheinschlägige Ausbildung* inklusive UBV

* Erfahrung in Unterstützte Kommunikation

* Bereitschaft zu Nacht- und Wochenenddiensten (Turnusdienst), zeitliche Flexibilität

* Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen und Supervision

* Wertschätzende und empathische Haltung

* Bereitschaft zu Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen

* Fähigkeit zur Krisen- und Konfliktbewältigung

* Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Problemlösungsorientierung

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

Gehalt nach SWÖ-KV: Bei 30 h/Woche, (VG 6/01) ab € 2324,76 bis € 2670,89 brutto plus Zulagen; Einstufung je nach Vordienstzeiten (maximal 10 Jahre anrechenbar)
