Als Prozess- und Regeltechniker_in sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Anlagen zuverlässig, effizient und intelligent arbeiten und begleitest unsere Projekte von der Programmierung bis zur Inbetriebnahme.

Deine Aufgaben

SPS-Programmierung & Weiterentwicklung

Du spezifizierst und entwickelst Softwarebausteine für unsere Anlagensteuerungen und arbeitest aktiv an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer SPS- und Regelungskonzepte mit. Mit deinen Ideen gestaltest du so unsere Steuerungsstandards für künftige Projekte mit.

Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten

Du implementierst Steuerungs- und Regelungsanforderungen in unseren Anlagen und entwickelst Funktionsbausteine für standardisierte sowie projektspezifische Anwendungen. Dadurch trägst du dazu bei, Arbeitsplätze sauberer, energieeffizienter und nachhaltiger zu gestalten.

Inbetriebnahme & Abnahme

Du führst steuerungsseitig interne und externe Abnahmen durch. Du bist teilweise direkt beim Kunden vor Ort und begleitest die Anlage bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme. Der schönste Moment dabei: Wenn aus einem Konzept eine funktionierende Anlage wird und du deine Ergebnisse siehst.

Zusammenarbeit im Team

Du arbeitest in einem motivierten Team mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und hoher Eigenverantwortung. Dabei hast du die Möglichkeit, deine technische Expertise einzubringen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und die Zukunft unserer Automatisierungslösungen in der Umwelttechnik aktiv mitzugestalten.

HAST DU ALLES DABEI?

* Technische Ausbildung im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik

* 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Erstellung von SPS-Programmen sowie in der Inbetriebnahme von technischen Anlagen

* Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Siemens TIA Portal und idealerweise Step7 (FUP, SCL, AWL)

* Verständnis für Elektrotechnik und sicherer Umgang mit Stromlaufplänen, wünschenswert

* Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Freude daran, technische Herausforderungen eigenständig und im Team zu lösen

* Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Inbetriebnahmen im DACH-Raum (ca. 3 bis 4 Tage pro Monat)
