Het betreft een zelfstandige functie binnen de lakstraat, waar alles volautomatisch wordt aangestuurd. Producten worden eerst door een reinigingssysteem ontvet en gedroogd, waarna ze in de spuitcabine terechtkomen. Hier zorg jij er samen met je collega's voor dat de producten de juiste kleur krijgen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het draaiende houden van de volledige lakinstallatie. Je voert dagelijks onderhoud uit en houd je bezig met de procescontroles. Er zijn zowel fulltime als parttime mogelijkheden! Dit ben jij! - Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als spuiter, je bent "een echte vakman"! - Je kunt zelfstandig werken; - Je staat open om nieuwe dingen te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen in je vak. Dit bieden wij jou Voordat je zelfstandig aan de slag gaat, volg je een uitgebreid inwerktraject in onze spuiterij. Je komt terecht in een team van vakmensen, waar we samen met zo'n 90 nuchtere en gezellige collega's werken aan hoogwaardige haarden en kachels. Vakmanschap en plezier staan bij ons centraal.
