Waar ga je aan de slag?

Met een team van bijna 250 medewerkers produceert onze opdrachtgever unieke, op maat gemaakte fietsen. Deze fietsen worden ontworpen en vervaardigd in Varsseveld, in één van de meest geavanceerde en milieuvriendelijke fabrieken van Nederland en vervolgens wereldwijd geëxporteerd. Bij dit familiebedrijf krijg je de vrijheid om je functie op jouw manier in te vullen en de ruimte om je creativiteit en initiatief te laten zien. Hierbij mag je gebruik maken van moderne en innovatieve technologieën.Wat ga je doen?

Als spuiter-poedercoater ben je verantwoordelijk voor het spuiten/coaten van fietsframes of andere fiets gerelateerde onderdelen. Je bent een cruciale schakel in het team voor het aanbrengen van de coating volgens vastgestelde normen. Je stelt poedercoatapparatuur in en voert ook handmatig poedercoaten uit. Je werkt in een klein team waarin taken regelmatig gerouleerd worden. Dit betekent dat je ook andere taken uitvoert. Denk hierbij aan voorbereidende werkzaamheden zoals stralen, onderhoudswerkzaamheden, boren/tappen, bestickering van frames en het verwijderen van gespoten fietsframes. Daarnaast kan het zijn dat je af en toe moet bijspringen bij de montageafdeling. Het is dus een veelzijdige functie met veel afwisseling! En totdat we de juiste kandidaat op deze plek hebben gevonden, blijft deze vacature openstaan.Wat vragen wij van jou?

• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; • Je bent fulltime beschikbaar; • Kennis en ervaring van het poedercoat proces. Starters die het willen leren zijn ook welkom; • Een actieve, zelfstandige houding en een grote mate van verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; • Goede sociale vaardigheden en je werkt
