Voor deze functie zoeken we geen doorsnee operator. Maar een spuitgiet operator met technisch inzicht, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en zin om mee te denken! Voor een sterk familiaal productiebedrijf in regio Gent zoeken we versterking in 2-ploegen.

Je volgt het productieproces op, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt voor een correcte afwerking. Zie je kansen om slimmer of efficiënter te werken? Dan krijg je ook de ruimte om procesverbeteringen voor te stellen en mee te denken met het management.

Ambitie wordt hier beloond. Wie de juiste interesse en vaardigheden toont, kan op termijn doorgroeien naar een rol als bijvoorbeeld productieverantwoordelijke.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Controle van afgewerkte kunststofonderdelen voor ze verpakt worden
  • Opstarten, instellen & ombouwen van het machinepark
  • Verplaatsen van paletten met transpallet richting magazijn
  • Procesverbeteringen voorstellen, meedenken met management
  • Op termijn, indien de interesse en vaardigheden er zijn, kan je doorgroeien naar de rol van productieverantwoordelijke
  • Je hebt een stabiele ervaring binnen de wereld van spuitgiet of extrusie
  • Zo niet, beschik je over technisch inzicht d.m.v. jouw diploma
  • Verantwoordelijke en gemotiveerde werkhouding
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften
