Ben jij technisch aangelegd en werk je graag met machines? Heb je ervaring als spuitgieter, spuitgietoperator, technisch operator of productieoperator? Of heb je vooral veel interesse in techniek en wil je het vak van spuitgieten graag aanleren? Dan is deze job iets voor jou!

Als operator in de spuitgietafdeling ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat de spuitgietmachines correct ingesteld, bediend en opgevolgd worden en dat de geproduceerde kunststofonderdelen voldoen aan de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd:

  • Instellen, bedienen en bijregelen van spuitgietmachines en productie-installaties.
  • Opstarten en opvolgen van het spuitgietproces.
  • Controleren en opvolgen van machineparameters en productiegegevens.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op de geproduceerde kunststofstukken.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische of productieproblemen.
  • Uitvoeren van eerstelijnsinterventies en kleine bijsturingen aan de machines.
  • Afwijkingen in kwaliteit of productie tijdig melden aan de teamleader.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en efficiënte productie volgens de planning.
  • Instaan voor orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer.
  • Samenwerken met collega-operatoren, de teamleader en andere medewerkers binnen de productie.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en springt bij waar nodig binnen de productieomgeving.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die graag technisch en praktisch bezig is en die voldoening haalt uit een goed draaiend productieproces.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring als spuitgieter, spuitgietoperator, machineoperator, productieoperator, technisch operator of kunststofoperator.
  • Ook kandidaten met een technische achtergrond die het vak spuitgieten on the job willen leren, komen in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en bent geïnteresseerd in machines en productieprocessen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed in een team.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, gemotiveerd en leergierig.
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar binnen de productieafdeling.
  • Je kunt afwijkingen of problemen snel signaleren en correct communiceren.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
  • Ervaring met kunststofverwerking, spuitgieten of geautomatiseerde productielijnen is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
