Voor een moderne kunststofproducent in Berkel en Rodenrijs zoeken wij een ervaren of technisch sterke operator. In deze functie werk je met spuitgietmachines, bewaak je de kwaliteit van het productieproces en zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel blijft draaien. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig problemen op te lossen, mee te denken over verbeteringen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Heb je de ambitie om door te groeien naar shiftleader? Dan liggen daar mogelijkheden! Functieomschrijving Als Spuitgietoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënt en kwalitatief goed productieproces. Je stelt machines in, bewaakt de voortgang en grijpt in wanneer zich technische problemen voordoen. Je werkt volgens vaste werkinstructies en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen, zodat ieder product aan de gestelde eisen voldoet. Je werkt nauw samen met de shiftleader en je collega-operators. Daarbij krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en actief bij te dragen aan een veilige en goed georganiseerde werkomgeving. Wat ga je doen? - Instellen, ombouwen en opstarten van spuitgietmachines. - Opsporen en verhelpen van mechanische storingen. - Controleren van producten op kwaliteit en het registreren van meetresultaten. - Verpakken en correct labelen van geproduceerde onderdelen. - Bewaken van het productieproces en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig. - Meedenken over verbeteringen aan machines, processen en werkmethodes. - Samenwerken met de shiftleader en collega-operators om de productie soepel te laten verlopen. - De werkzaamheden van de shiftleader overnemen bij afwezigheid. - Zor...
