Voor een internationale producent in de regio Aalst zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste technieker die verantwoordelijk wordt voor het veilig wisselen van matrijzen, het opstarten van machines en het optimaliseren van het volledige spuitgietproces. Je werkt in een 2-ploegenstelsel (06u-14u en 14u-22u).

Als Spuitgiettechnieker ben jij een onmisbare schakel binnen de productie. Dankzij jouw technische kennis verlopen matrijswissels efficiënt en blijven de machines optimaal presteren.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitvoeren van matrijswissels volgens de productieplanning.
  • Voorbereiden van de wissel en verzamelen van alle benodigde materialen.
  • Veilig demonteren, monteren en afstellen van matrijzen.
  • Correct opstarten, instellen en vrijgeven van de productie.
  • Instellen en opvolgen van spuitgietmachines en randapparatuur.
  • Bewaken en optimaliseren van het volledige spuitgietproces.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van eerstelijnsstoringen aan machines, matrijzen en randapparatuur.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen.
  • Ondersteunen en begeleiden van operatoren tijdens de productie.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte bevoorrading van grondstoffen en opvolging van maalgoed.
  • Actief meewerken aan procesverbeteringen en het verminderen van stilstanden.
  • Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieunormen.
  • Mee zorgen voor een ordelijke en veilige productieomgeving.

Je bent een technisch talent met een passie voor kunststofverwerking en productieoptimalisatie.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een technische opleiding (A2, Graduaat of Bachelor) of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen een spuitgietomgeving.
  • Kennis van het opstarten, instellen en afregelen van spuitgietmachines.
  • Ervaring met matrijswissels.
  • Inzicht in kunststofverwerking, procesparameters en kwaliteitscontrole.
  • Ervaring met 2K-spuitgieten is een belangrijke troef.
  • Kennis van ABB-robots of industriële automatisering is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met rolbrug, heftruck of elektrische transpallet. Attesten zijn mooi meegenomen.
  • Een sterk technisch en analytisch inzicht.
  • Een oplossingsgerichte en proactieve ingesteldheid.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een echte teamspirit.
  • Een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.
