Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken de volgende eigenschappen in jou:

  • Je hebt een technisch diploma behaald (elektromechanica, mechanica, kunststoftechnologie) en hebt een passie voor techniek.
  • Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring met het spuitgietproces, machines en matrijzen.
  • Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en oog voor detail.
  • Je wilt graag onze hoogwaardige kunststoffen en geavanceerde spuitgietmachines leren kennen en je verder verdiepen in deze functie.
  • Je komt terecht in een technologische omgeving met materialen van topniveau, waar jij je volledig kunt ontplooien.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed (spreken, schrijven en lezen).

Functieomschrijving

Als Spuitgiettechnieker wordt je ingezet en opgeleid om technische ondersteuning te bieden aan de continuïteit van de spuitgietprocessen. Je zorgt voor de instandhouding van de lopende machines en volgt alarmen op. Samen met je collega’s sta je klaar voor het produceren van unieke stukken in een hoogtechnologische werkomgeving.

  • Storingen opvolgen en zorgen voor een continue productie
  • Je plaatst de matrijzen en stelt ze af volgens de juiste parameters.
  • Opstarten, instellen en ombouwen van spuitgietmachines en onderdelen volgens de productieplanning
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle randapparatuur steeds goed werkt.
  • Je biedt machine technische ondersteuning
  • Je voert testen uit en werkt de line-clearance af.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor technische storingen en lost deze ook op.
  • Jij vult het logboek correct in en bewaakt het productieproces.
  • Je denkt mee hoe onze processen optimaal en efficiënt kunnen verlopen, dankzij jouw input loopt alles nog vlotter.
