Als spuitgieter sta je in voor de opstart van de machines en randapparatuur, maar ook de bewaking en correcte stopzetting van het productieproces.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je verzorgt de eerstelijns-troubleshooting (proces/machine/randapparatuur) bij het spuitgietproces.
  • Je staat in voor de opstart van de spuitgietmachines en de randapparatuur, de bewaking en de correcte stopzetting van het productieproces.
  • Je verhelpt kleine storingen in het proces of in de productieapparatuur.
  • Je verricht productkwaliteitscontroles tijdens het productieproces; bij grote afwijkingen verwittigt u de ploegleider.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het wisselen van de matrijzen volgens het planningsvoorstel: voorbereiden van de wissel (alle taken die op voorhand kunnen uitgevoerd worden); uitvoeren van de matrijswissel; afwerken (o.a. orde en netheid, alles terug op zijn vaste plaats leggen).
  • Je zorgt voor een tijdige grondstofbevoorrading van de machines en de drogers en regelt het maalgoedverbruik.
  • Je besteedt grote aandacht aan veiligheid en heeft oog voor milieuzorg bij de uitoefening van uw taak.
  • Je werkt actief aan orde en netheid in de eigen werkzone, maar ook in de rest van de bedrijfshal.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding achter de rug samen met uitgebreide ervaring in het spuitgieten van kunststofdelen, bij voorkeur 2K.
  • Kunnen werken met een rolbrug, heftruck, elektrische transpallet.
  • Veiligheid heeft prioriteit, je hebt dan ook oog voor de veiligheid en milieuzorg.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole van de producten kan jij beoordelen en hier dan ook procesmatig op inspelen.
